Superior Plus Declares 2024 Third Quarter Dividend
Superior Plus Corp. (“Superior” or “the company”) (TSX: SPB) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of CAD $0.18 per common share payable on October 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business September 27, 2024. Superior’s annualized cash dividend rate is currently CAD $0.72 per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.

Its segments include U.S. Retail Propane Distribution (U.S. Propane), Canadian Retail Propane Distribution (Canadian Propane), North American Wholesale Propane Distribution (Wholesale Propane) and Certarus Ltd. (Certarus). The U.S. Propane segment distributes propane gas and liquid fuels primarily in the Eastern United States and California, as well as the Midwest to residential and commercial customers. The Canadian Propane segment distributes propane gas and liquid fuels across Canada to residential and commercial customers. The Wholesale Propane segment distributes propane gas and other natural gas liquids across Canada and the United States.
