Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - January 23, 2023) - StrikePoint Gold Inc. (TSXV: SKP) (OTCQB: STKXF) ("StrikePoint" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has signed a purchase and sale agreement (the "Agreement") with Orogen Royalties Inc. (TSXV: OGN) (OTCQX: OGNRF) ("Orogen") and a Nevada based subsidiary of Orogen whereby StrikePoint will acquire a 100% interest in the Cuprite Gold Project, located in Nevada's Walker Lane Gold Trend. (Figure 1 Nevada Map - Cuprite).
