Cedar LNG Receives B.C. Environmental Approval and Signs Memorandum of Understanding with ARC Resources Ltd.
The Haisla Nation and Pembina Pipeline Corporation ("Pembina") (TSX: PPL; NYSE: PBA), partners in the development of the proposed Cedar LNG Project ("Cedar LNG" or the "Project"), are pleased to announce that Cedar LNG today has received its Environmental Assessment Certificate ("EAC") from the B.C. Environmental Assessment Office, and has signed a Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") with ARC Resources Ltd. ("ARC") for a long-term liquefaction services agreement.

Pembina Pipeline Corporation Announces Renewal of Share Repurchase Program
Pembina Pipeline Corporation ("Pembina" or the "Company") (TSX: PPL; NYSE: PBA) announced today that the Toronto Stock Exchange (the "TSX") has approved the renewal of Pembina's normal course issuer bid (the "NCIB") to purchase up to five percent of its issued and outstanding common shares.

It operates through three segments: Pipelines, Facilities and Marketing & New Ventures. The Facilities Division includes infrastructure that provides Pembina's customers with natural gas, condensate and Natural gas liquid (NGL) services.
