Global Crossing Airlines Group Inc. (GlobalX) operates a United States (US) Part 121 flag and charter airline using the Airbus A320 family of aircraft. The Company offers services through two contract structures, such as aircraft, crew, maintenance, and insurance basis (ACMI) and Full-Service Contracts. GlobalX's business model is to provide services on ACMI along with wet lease contracts to airlines operating within the US and throughout North and South America, develop aircraft interchanges with European charter/tour operators, and ad-hoc and track charters for non-airline customers. GlobalX's passenger aircraft fleet is built on the Airbus A320-200 fleet family and GlobalX started operations with one leased Airbus A320-200 aircraft.
