ImagineAR Files Patent Infringement Lawsuit Against Niantic, Publisher of the Pokemon GO Mobile Game
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - November 14, 2024) - ImagineAR Inc. (CSE: IP) (OTCQB: IPNFF), is announcing that it has filed a lawsuit against Niantic, Inc. (Niantic) in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware for infringement of certain ImagineAR patents related to augmented reality (AR) and virtual technology. The complaint accuses multiple Niantic products of infringement, including Niantic's Pokémon GO AR mobile game.

ImagineAR Closes Second Tranche of Convertible Note Financing
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 22, 2024) - ImagineAR. (CSE: IP) (OTCQB: IPNFF) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that further to its news releases dated August 30, 2024 and September 10, 2024, it has closed the second tranche of a convertible note financing in the amount of $385,000. The total amount received for the first tranche and second tranche equals $510,000. Proceeds raised will be used to support the Company's major initiatives: Location-Based Entertainment, AI integration with AR, and Patent Enforcement & Licensing.
