GoldHaven Enters Option Agreement to Acquire 100% Interest in the Powerline Uranium Project
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - April 16, 2024) - GoldHaven Resources Corp. (CSE: GOH) (OTCQB: GHVNF) (FSE: 4QS0) ("GoldHaven" or the "Company") and Ameranium Resources Corp. ("Ameranium") entered into an option agreement (the "Powerline Option Agreement") dated April 15, 2024 for the purchase by GoldHaven of 100% legal and beneficial interest in and to 630 lode claims in Grand County, Utah covering 13,008 acres (the "Property"). Gordon Ellis is a director of both GoldHaven and Ameranium.

GoldHaven Enters Exclusive Due Diligence Agreement
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - March 4, 2024) - GoldHaven Resources Corp. (CSE: GOH) (OTCQB: GHVNF) (FSE: 4QS0) ("GoldHaven" or the "Company") announces that it has entered into an exclusive due diligence agreement with Ameranium Resources Corp., a private company that owns 630 lode claims covering 13,008 acres (5,264 hectares) in the uranium mining jurisdiction of Utah. Pending favourable results from such due diligence review, the Company will negotiate an earn-in agreement subject to regulatory approval.
