Geomega Resources Inc. is a Canada-based company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration, and evaluation of mining properties in Canada. The Company through its wholly owned subsidiary Innord, develops technologies for the extraction and separation of rare earth elements, scandium and other critical and strategic metals from its mining properties, from bauxite residues (BR), and from industrial waste. The Company also owns Montviel rare earth and niobium deposit, located in Quebec. The project site is located approximately 100 kilometers north of Lebel-sur-Quevillon (pop. 2,800) and 45 kilometers west of the Cree First Nation of Waswanipi (pop. 1,800) in the urbanized southern part of Northern Quebec. The project is comprised of 178 cells, for a total of approximately 9,910 hectares.
