Gitennes Exploration Inc. is a junior mineral exploration company, which is engaged in the business of exploring for and advancing mineral properties. It has two properties in the Sept-Iles region of Quebec where it is exploring for nickel, niobium and tantalum, and three gold properties in the Chapais-Chibougamau area of Quebec: New Mosher, JMW and Maxwell. All properties are 100% owned by the Company except for New Mosher, which is under an option agreement whereby the Company earns an initial 70% and has the right to increase its ownership to 85%. The New Mosher property is located near the town of Chapais in northern Quebec. Mineralization on New Mosher is within a sheared gabbro and basalt with mesothermal type gold-bearing quartz veins. The JMW property is located in the Chapais-Chibougamau area of Quebec and is a ten-claim property located in the Val-d'Or region of Quebec. The Maxwell property is located in northern Quebec and comprises 169 claims totaling 9,112 hectares.
