MONTREAL, April 8, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - Dollarama Inc. (TSX: DOL) ("Dollarama" or the "Corporation") announced today that three insiders, namely GRI Investments Inc., a private corporation controlled by the Rossy family, The Rossy Foundation, and Neil Rossy, have agreed to sell respectively 618,369, 1,205,066 and 376,565 common shares of Dollarama in block trades to a financial institution, representing an aggregate of 2,200,000 common shares of Dollarama.
