Arianne Phosphate Inc. is a Canada-based development-stage phosphate mining company. The Company is engaged in the development of its Lac a Paul phosphate property located in Quebec, Canada. The Lac a Paul phosphate deposit is located approximately 200 kilometers (km) north of the Saguenay/Lac St. Jean area of Quebec, Canada. The project is a significant undeveloped phosphate deposit. The Lac a Paul property consists of approximately 500 map-designated claims and covers an area of approximately 27,000 hectares or 270 square kilometers. The Lac a Paul apatite deposits are located in the Lac-Saint-Jean Anorthositic Suite, which belongs to the Grenville Geological Province. The Lac a Paul property consists mafic to ultramafic rocks, including anorthosite, gabbros, norite, trocotites and also some pyroxenite, dunite and peridotite. The apatite deposit of Paul Zone is located in the North-West part of the property. The deposit is composed of a nelsonite stratabound lense in the North.
