(CSE: BEAN) (OTC Pink: PBBSF) ("PK Beans" or the "Company") announces it will be winding up its PK Beans apparel operations this month and will be looking for new opportunities within the parent company (CSE:BEAN OTC Pink: PBBSF).

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 11 mai/May 2022) - Effective immediately, Peekaboo Beans Inc. is suspended pursuant to CSE Policy 3. The suspension is considered a Regulatory Halt as defined in National Instrument 23-101 Trading Rules. A cease trade order has been issued by the Ontario Securities Commission and British Columbia Securities Commission.
