CALGARY, July 29, 2016 /CNW/ - Axia NetMedia Corporation ("Axia") (TSX: AXX) and Partners Group AG ("Partners Group") are pleased to jointly announce the completion of the plan of arrangement announced on March 9, 2016 (the "Arrangement") involving Axia, the holders ("Shareholders") of common shares ("Shares") of Axia and Digital Connection (Canada) Corp. (the "Purchaser"), an entity owned by investment vehicles managed and/or advised by Partners Group, or its affiliates.
