ALIMENTATION COUCHE-TARD INC. PRICES PRIVATE OFFERING OF SENIOR UNSECURED NOTES
LAVAL, QC, Sept. 21, 2023 /CNW/ - Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. ("Couche-Tard" or the "Corporation") (TSX: ATD) announced today that it has priced Cdn.$800,000,000 principal amount of 5.592% Series 7 Senior Unsecured Notes due September 25, 2030 (the "Notes"), in a private offering in all of the provinces of Canada (the "Offering"). The Offering is expected to close on or about September 25, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions. Couche-Tard intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for the repayment of indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
