Lac Knife project is a 100% owned, high-grade crystalline flake graphite deposit located in northeastern Quebec, about 27 kilometers south of Fermont. The Lac Tetepisca project is located in the southwest Manicouagan reservoir area approximately 234 kilometers north-northwest of Baie-Comeau, an industrial city located where the Manicouagan River intersects the north shore of St. Lawrence River in the Cote-Nord administrative region of Quebec. It comprises approximately two contiguous properties, Lac Tetepisca and Lac Tetepisca Nord. Together, the two properties form a block of approximately 115 claims with a total area of approximately 6,000 hectares within the Manicouagan-Ouest Graphitic Corridor.
