Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - September 23, 2019) - Romios Gold Resources Inc. (TSXV: RG) (OTC Pink: RMIOF) (FSE: D4R) ("Romios" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that diamond drilling has resumed at its recent high-grade gold discovery on the company's Lundmark-Akow Lake claims in NW Ontario. Drilling in June 2019 led to the discovery of visible gold in a quartz-pyrrhotite vein that assayed 8.64 g/t Au over 4.75 m in hole RGR-19-5 (see Romios' news releases dated June 10, 2019 and September 10, 2019). A second quartz-pyrrhotite vein of a similar size and locally gold-bearing was intersected 330 m to the north in hole RGR-19-6. Both veins are coincident with EM conductors, the first being 3-400 m long whereas the second is 700 m long, and both were intersected at the tail-end of the conductors. These 2 holes also intersected a series of distinctive and locally gold-bearing calcite veins up to 7.5 m wide with open-space filling textures similar to those found in the giant Red Lake and Timmins gold mining camps. This type of calcite veins, along with the presence of lamprophyre dykes within the veins, strongly suggests that the mineralizing fluids are deep seated and potentially widespread. The true widths of the intercepts is believed to be 80-85% of the drilled widths reported.

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - August 19, 2019) - Romios Gold Resources Inc. (TSXV: RG) (OTC Pink: RMIOF) (FSE: D4R) ("Romios" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that all assay results from the June diamond drilling program on the Company's Lundmark-Akow Lake Cu-Au-Ag Project in Northwestern Ontario have been received and have significantly expanded the potential of the gold discovery announced in July (8.64 g/t Au over 4.75 m, see Romios news release July 10, 2019). The gold-bearing quartz-pyrrhotite discovery vein was intersected in hole RGR-19-5 at the eastern end of a coincident VTEMTM airborne EM conductor which is 300 to 400 metres long. A similar but lower grade vein was intersected in hole RGR-19-6, drilled from the same set-up as hole RGR-19-5 but in the opposite direction to test a parallel series of multiple conductors. This vein was intersected 330 m NE of the discovery vein at the tail end of a 700 m long conductor and assayed 0.5 g/t Au over 7.35 m with individual assays between 96 ppb and 1.9 g/t Au. Drilling is planned in September to test the stronger central portions of both EM conductors. Assay results of the 2019 program are summarised in Table One below and drill hole locations are shown on Figure One below.

(TSXV: RG) (OTC Pink: RMIOF) (FSE: D4R) ("Romios" or the "Company")  is pleased to announce that the June diamond drilling program on the Company's Lundmark-Akow Lake Cu-Au-Ag Project in Northwestern Ontario has been completed successfully (6 holes totalling 1,343 metres) and resulted in the discovery of a Quartz-Pyrrhotite vein that assayed 8.64 g/t Au across a width of 4.75 m. The vein was intersected in the 5th hole of the program, and consists of a complex mix of early stage, pyrrhotite-rich, locally sheeted white to grey quartz veins and wallrock slivers, cut by a later stage of white quartz. Ten specks of visible gold were observed in the vein, in both generations of quartz. The vein was intersected at the eastern end of a coincident VTEMTM airborne EM conductor which is more than 300 metres and possibly 400 metres long. Numerous calcite veinlets are associated with the quartz-pyrrhotite vein and several large calcite +/- pyrrhotite veins up to 7.5 metres wide with "epithermal-style" open-space filling textures and a coincident lamprophyre dyke were intersected nearby. Assays are pending for this material and almost all of the non-vein related core. True widths of the vein intersections are expected to be in the 80-85% range. Individual assays for the mineralized vein are presented in the table below.

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 29, 2019) - Romios Gold Resources Inc. (TSXV: RG) (OTC Pink: RMIOF) (FSE: D4R) ("Romios" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the airborne Geotech VTEMTM PLUS survey recently completed at its Lundmark-Akow Lake Cu-Au-Ag Project in Northwestern Ontario has detected a promising series of electromagnetic (EM) conductors over a 6.5 km strike length. These conductors now form part of a 10 km long, high potential target horizon that appears to be the host sequence for the high-grade Atim Lake North Cu-Au-Ag volcanogenic massive sulphide (VMS) discovered by Romios in 2017 (see Romios News Release September19,2017). Both the >100m wide, intense VMS style hydrothermal alteration pathway associated with this discovery and the mineralization itself have a number of fairly unique geological features that are characteristic of several world class, multi-deposit massive sulphide camps like Snow Lake, Manitoba and the giant Singhbhum Copper Belt in India (Romios' QP has extensive experience in both camps). Romios' discovery hole, RG-17-1 (1.9 m @ 2.35% Cu, 1.4 g/t Au and 68 g/t Ag within a >30 m thick exhalative package), was drilled at the southern end of this 10 km long conductive package; there is no public record of any other drilling along this target. Romios believes that this VMS system has the potential to host multiple massive sulphide deposits along its entire 10 km length and an extensive drill program is being planned to test these targets in the upcoming summer. This property is within 18 km of an all-weather road and powerline servicing the Musselwhite gold mine.

The Definitive Agreement now calls for the confirmation of the funding to be made on or before March 29, 2019, in consideration for which the second and third cash option payments of $250,000 each due to Romios are now payable on or before March 29, 2019, with the final $250,000 option payment due within 90 days from March 29, 2019. The discovery hole intersected 1.9 metres grading 2.35% Cu, 1.4 g/t Au, 68 g/t Ag with elevated cobalt values (Romios news release, September 19, 2017). Since the discovery hole, Romios has acquired additional claims covering 6 kilometres of EM conductors originally detected by a 1985 Ontario government survey. Romios' claims now cover a total of 10 kilometres of EM conductors extending northwest from the discovery hole. Results of the VTEMTM survey are expected to provide a much improved definition of the conductors on the new claims, allowing a more precise siting of drill holes targeting these conductors.
