3iQ Announces Change to Annual Cut-Off for Redemptions
TORONTO, Jan. 26, 2024 /CNW/ -- 3iQ Corp. ("3iQ"), in its capacity as the manager of The Bitcoin Fund (TSX: QBTC, QBTC.U) and The Ether Fund (TSX: QETH.UN, QETH.U) (collectively, the "Funds") announces today that, effective for 2024 and beyond, unitholders of the Funds electing to exercise their redemption right must submit a redemption request, no later than 5:00 p.m. EST on May 15, 2024 (the "cut-off") to The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited ("CDS") through their investment dealer.

The Bitcoin Fund Announces Change of Index
Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 27, 2022) - The Bitcoin Fund (the "Fund") (TSX: QBTC) (TSX: QBTC.U) is announcing that, effective as of the opening of trading on May 2, 2022, the Fund's bitcoin will be valued based on the MVIS® CryptoCompare Bitcoin Benchmark Rate Index maintained by MV Index Solutions GmbH ("MVIS"). Currently, the Fund's bitcoin is valued based on the MVIS® CryptoCompare Institutional Bitcoin Index maintained by MVIS. This change will make the indices consistent between that used by the Fund and that used by the 3iQ CoinShares Bitcoin ETF.

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - April 18, 2022) - 3iQ Corp. ("3iQ"), the largest digital asset investment fund manager in Canada, is reminding holders of units (the "Units") of The Bitcoin Fund (TSX: QBTC) (TSX: QBTC.U) (the "3iQ Fund") of the options available to them in connection with the upcoming annual redemption of Units. These options are (i) a voluntary option to convert all or part of their Units into units of the 3iQ CoinShares Bitcoin ETF (the "3iQ ETF") (TSX: BTCQ) (TSX: BTCQ.U), (ii) an in-kind redemption for bitcoin, and (iii) redemption for cash at 100% of net asset value per Unit.
