("i3" or (the "Company") is pleased to report that its previously announced reverse takeover transaction (the "RTO Transaction") with 1250312 B.C. Ltd ("Debtco") and Influencers Interactive Inc. ("Influencers") closed on June 29, 2020. The RTO Transaction was effected by way of two triangular amalgamations among (a) the Company, Debtco and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, and (b) the Company, Influencers and another wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. The Company is a reporting issuer whose Common Shares were voluntarily delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange on October 26, 2018 and consequently have not been posted for trading on any marketplace since such that time.
