Financial Overview
For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2023, Slate Grocery REIT revenues increased 15% to $203.3M. Net income applicable to common stockholders decreased 88% to $15M. Revenues reflect Rental revenue increase of 13% to $149.4M, Common area maintenance recoveries increase of 24% to $19.9M.
