The Company, through its subsidiaries, Quizam Entertainment LLC (Quizam Entertainment), On-Track Corp., On-Track Computer Training Ltd., OnTrackTV and Quantum 1 Cannabis Corp. (Quantum 1 Cannabis) is a producer, aggregator, marketer and broadcaster of movie entertainment and online virtual learning. In addition, the Company owns and operates a chain of BC Cannabis Dispensaries under the name Quantum1. It operates three divisions of business, such as Retail Cannabis, Corporate Learning/Training and Movie Production. The Retail Cannabis division is operated through Quantum 1 Cannabis. The Corporate Learning division is called On-Track. Within On-Track there are three divisions. The Company's Movie Division is operated through Quizam Entertainment. |
