Business Overview
Clearway Energy, Inc. is a renewable energy company. The Company invests in energy infrastructures and focuses on investments in clean energy and owns modern, sustainable and long-term contracted assets across North America. The Company's businesses are segregated based on conventional power generation and renewable businesses, which consist of solar, wind and energy storage. It owns approximately 6,000 net megawatts (MW) of installed wind, solar and energy storage projects. The Company's approximately 8,500 net MW of assets also includes approximately 2,500 net MW of natural gas-fired generation facilities. Financial Overview
For the fiscal year ended 31 December 2023, Clearway Energy Inc revenues increased 10% to $1.31B. Net income decreased 86% to $79M. Revenues reflect Renewables segment increase of 28% to $894M, Conventional Generation segment increase of 1% to $420M. Net income was offset by Corporate segment loss totaling $38M vs. income of $1.25B, Conventional Generation segment income decrease of 30% to $137M. Dividend per share increased from $1.43 to $1.54.
