I would also like to thank Gary Anderson for his contributions as President. Gary has been a tremendous resource in supporting the advancement of the Company and its personnel. Most importantly, I look forward to his continuing service as a valued member of our board of directors, as a senior advisor to the executive team and his ongoing support as one of the Company’s largest shareholders”

Gary Anderson has retired as President of the Company and has transitioned to a Senior Advisor role to the Executive team. Gary will continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Colin Rush, President, states “The execution and continued growth of Clean Seed has rested on the strategic vision, relationships, and experience of its Executive Team of which Gary has made tremendous contributions.  I am very excited to enter this new role at Clean Seed as the Company enters a new phase of commercialization and rapid growth.  I wish to personally thank Gary for all his efforts and look forward to working alongside him on the board of directors”
