Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 16, 2020) - China Education Resources Inc. (TSXV: CHN) (OTCQB: CHNUF) ("CER" or "the Company ") is a publicly-listed ed-tech company based in Vancouver, Canada with leading technology in intelligent systems and contents. CER provides online/offline learning, training courses, as well as social media for teachers, students and education professionals. The Company today provides shareholders and investors with an update on its business performance.

Further to CER's August 27, 2020 press release regarding the online training course for teachers' manners and etiquette, CER has developed another online training course which is on teachers' ethics and styles to satisfy the demands from both teachers and education authorities. As teachers' manners and etiquette go hand in hand with their ethics, educators influence students' moral development not only by being good role models but also by what they bring to their relationships with students on a daily basis.

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the education landscape indefinitely. Teachers and students have had to adapt to novel learning and communication methods. Teachers need to take training courses in order to upgrade their own manners, ethics, and communication skills for appropriately dealing with others in both the real and virtual world.

CER's training courses are designed to not only train teachers' personal and professional etiquette and ethics but also to enhance their social communication skills with parents, community members, and students.

"We are excited by the progress of our online training programs, which are being continuously updated to meet the current demand. CER's products and services facilitate a significantly more efficient and enriched virtual educational experience for both teachers and students, most especially during a time when online education has become the backbone of many societies around the world," said Chengfeng Zhou, CEO, China Education Resources.

In collaboration with China's education administrators and experts, China Education Resources has been helping to transform the curriculum of the world's largest educational system. Recognizing the need to address education reform changes, CER has created educational tools and curriculum for China's entire kindergarten through twelfth grade. The Company is playing an integral part in transforming China's educational system through helping to convert the existing educational system from memory-based learning to a creative thinking and interactive approach. Presently, CER has over 1 million kindergarten through twelfth grade teachers registered through its Web portal.
