MONTREAL, July 11, 2017 /CNW Telbec/ - Fiera Capital Income Opportunities Fund (the "Fund") and Fiera Capital Corporation (TSX: FSZ) ("Fiera Capital"), as manager of the Fund, announce that effective on or about September 29, 2017, State Street Trust Company of Canada will replace National Bank Trust Inc. in its capacity as trustee of the Fund and the Bank of Nova Scotia in its capacity as custodian of the Fund. The Fund also announces that effective on or about September 29, 2017, the following administration functions, assumed by CommonWealth Fund Services Inc., will thereafter be assumed by two separate entities: International Financial Data Services (Canada) Limited will act as registrar of the Fund and State Street Fund Services Toronto Inc. as valuator of the Fund.
