Burlington, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - June 23, 2020) - CBLT Inc. (TSXV: CBLT) (the "Company" or "CBLT") announces arms-length and non-arms length creditors of the Company holding $53,650.00 of debt in the aggregate have agreed to convert such debt into Common Share, which would result in the issuance of a total of 5,365,000 Common Shares (the "Debt Conversion"). The conversion is being effected pursuant to the TSXV Temporary Relief of Policy 4.3 announced on April 8, 2020.

Regulatory approval will be required for the Debt Conversion.
