Calian Declares a Quarterly Dividend of $0.28 Per Share

OTTAWA, ON / ACCESSWIRE / August 10, 2022 / Calian® Group Ltd. (TSX:CGY), a diverse products and services company providing innovative healthcare, communications, learning and cybersecurity solutions, today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.28 per share. The dividend is payable September 7, 2022, to shareholders of record as of August 24, 2022. Dividends paid by the Corporation are considered "eligible dividend" for tax purposes.

All amounts in this press release are in Canadian dollars.
