(Update 3 - removes reference to Gmail; advises that the block has tenatively been removed, explains watchlist ordering on website) We have had inquiries from users who have Outlook.com, Live.com and Hotmail.com accounts asking why they are not getting email alerts and reports. This is due to an issue beyond our control, and due to an algorithm at Microsoft which began blocking our emails on or around June 1st for some Outlook.com. Live.com, Live.ca and Hotmail.com email addresses. Our technical team has been working on trying to find a solution, and as of Wednesday morning Microsoft has tentatively removed some of the block. Please take this oppotunity to add your email to your safe senders list. The steps to do that for Outlook.com users are as follows:

1. In Outlook .com > Go to Settings icon (top right corner)
2. At the bottom of the pane, click View all Outlook settings
3. In the left pane, select Mail > Accounts > Block or allow.
4. Under Safe Senders and Recipients, enter the email address or domain you want to add and select such as canadianinsider.com , inkresearch.com  and insidertracking.com
5. Select Save (very important).

The steps may vary depending on the interface you are using. Hotmail and Live users should consult the help features of the relevant application.

However, these steps are not guaranteed to permanently fix the problem which originates at the Microsoft end.
