(CSE: BBT)  ("Benchmark" or the "Company") announces the resignation of Mr. Johnson Ping Zhang as a director of the company effective November 21, 2019 due to a health issue. The board would like to thank Johnson for his service to the Company and wishes him well in his future endeavors.
