Aurwest Resources Corporation Announces Grant of Incentive Stock Options

Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - March 26, 2021) - Aurwest Resources Corporation (CSE: AWR) ("Aurwest" or the "Company") is pleased to announce it has granted incentive stock options to purchase an aggregate amount of 2,800,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.14 per share for a period of two (2) years from issuance to certain directors, management and consultants in accordance with the provisions of its rolling incentive share option plan.

The grant of options is subject to the policies of and acceptance by the Canadian Securities Exchange.
