SAGUENAY, QC, Feb. 4, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - Arianne Phosphate (the "Company" or "Arianne") (TSXV: DAN) (OTC: DRRSF) (FSE: JE9N), a development-stage phosphate mining company, advancing the Lac à Paul project in Quebec's Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region, is pleased to announce that it has appointed Ms. Pier-Elise Hebert-Tremblay as the Company's CFO effective immediately.  Ms. Hebert-Tremblay will replace Andrew Malashewsky who had held the position since January 2019 and, the Company wants to thank Mr. Malashewsky for his time and efforts in the position.

Pier-Elise Hebert-Tremblay has been a member of the Certified Professional Accountants of Quebec and Canada since August 2011 and holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Quebec at Chicoutimi.  Ms. Hebert-Tremblay served as Financial Controller of Arianne Phosphate since 2010 and specialized in financial reporting compliance for junior listed resource companies, forecast development and financial modeling.  Ms. Hebert-Tremblay has been part of many financing transactions for the purpose of developing the Lac à Paul project from an early stage.

Qualified Person
Jean-Sébastien David, P.Geo., Qualified Person by NI 43-101, has approved this release. Mr. David is also the Company's Chief Operating Officer.
