ALP has already produced the first season, which consists of 15 hosted 30-minute episodes, with the shows focusing on international cuisines ranging from Italian, German, Russian and many more from around the globe. Appreciated Media has also optioned an additional two seasons, each with 15 episodes.

The food shows that air on such channels as The Food Network and The Cooking Channel have had tremendous success and continue to do so, and Appreciated is excited to bring "INFUSION" to market. The show is not just about the food; it is also about the culture behind the food and the many personal interpretations of the featured chefs based on their countries of origin.

The Company also announces that Kirk Shaw has resigned as a director of the Corporation effective Sept. 16, 2020.The Company thanks Mr. Shaw for his contributions and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
