TORONTO, Dec. 15, 2021

TORONTO, Dec. 15, 2021 /CNW/ - Andlauer Healthcare Group Inc. (TSX: AND) ("AHG" or the "Company") today announced the Company's fourth quarter shareholder dividend (encompassing the period from October 1, 2021 to December 31, 2021) in the amount of $0.05 per subordinate voting share and multiple voting share. Payment will be made on January 17, 2022 to shareholders of record as at December 31, 2021.
