(NYSE: AMN) today announced that, due to public health concerns relating to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, and to protect the health and well-being of its shareholders, directors and employees, AMN's 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Annual Meeting") will now be held virtually at 8:30 a.m. Central Time on April 22, 2020. The virtual meeting will provide shareholders the ability to participate, vote their shares, and ask questions during the meeting.

As described in the proxy materials for the Annual Meeting previously distributed, shareholders are entitled to participate in the Annual Meeting if they were a shareholder as of the close of business on February 24, 2020, the record date, or hold a legal proxy for the meeting provided by their bank, broker, or nominee. To be virtually admitted to the Annual Meeting, go to www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/AMN2020 and enter your 16-digit control number that is provided on the notice you previously received. You may vote during the Annual Meeting by following the instructions available on the meeting website during the meeting.
