Algoma Central Corporation (“Algoma” or the “Company”) (TSX:ALC), a leading supplier of marine transportation services, would like to remind all shareholders that the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”) will begin today, Wednesday May 6, 2020, at the hour of 11:30 a.m. (EDT).

We recommend that any stakeholder wishing to join the live webinar register at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the meeting. After registering you will be emailed a personalized URL to link you directly to the live webinar, which will begin broadcasting at approximately 11:30 a.m. (EDT).
