Alcanna Inc. Announces Second Quarter Cash Dividend

EDMONTON, Alberta, June 15, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Alcanna Inc. (“Alcanna” or the "Company") (TSX:CLIQ) announced today a cash dividend of $0.09 per common share (“Common Share”) of the Company for the second quarter of 2018.  The dividend will be paid on July 13, 2018, to holders of record of the Common Shares on June 29, 2018.  This dividend is an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.

The Company has a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the “DRIP”) which allows eligible shareholders of the Company to direct that their cash dividends be reinvested in additional Common Shares. Common Shares issued pursuant to the DRIP are issued from treasury at a 3% discount from the market price. Shareholders who wish to participate in the DRIP should contact their broker, financial institution, or other nominee through which their Common Shares are held to provide appropriate enrolment instructions. A complete copy of the DRIP is available by following the “Dividend Reinvestment Plan” link on the Investors Relations section of the Company’s website at www.alcanna.com.
