Aimia Announces Completion of Privatization of Clear Media Limited

TORONTO, Sept. 28, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - Aimia Inc. (TSX: AIM) is pleased to announce that the privatization of Clear Media Limited has been completed following the acquisition of all the remaining shares of Clear Media Limited on September 27, 2021 by the consortium of investors through their special purpose vehicle ("Offeror").  As a result, Aimia now owns a 10.85% shareholding in the Offeror which now wholly-owns Clear Media.  The listing of the shares of Clear Media on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has been withdrawn.
