Mr. Chris Kennedy has resigned as Director and Corporate Secretary from the Board of Agrios Global Holdings effective immediately.   Mr. Andrew Lange and Mr. Doug Bouldin have resigned as Directors from the Board of Agrios Global effective immediately.

Before resigning, Mr. Chris Kennedy advised the B.C. Securities Commission (the “BCSC”) of the pending resignations contained in this release.  Effective this release, no directors or officers remain to serve Agrios Global.  Additionally, there are no members of management engaged at Agrios Global Holdings. During the call with the B.C.S.C.
