Aecon announces results of vote for the election of directors

TORONTO, May 10, 2018 Aecon Group Inc. (TSX: ARE) announced today that the nominees listed in the Management Information Circular dated April 5, 2018 were elected as directors of Aecon Group Inc., to hold office until the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders or until their successors are appointed.

The advisory resolution to accept management's approach to executive compensation, the ordinary resolution to confirm all unallocated deferred share units and restricted share units under the Corporation's long-term incentive plan, both as disclosed in the Corporation's Management Information Circular dated April 5, 2018, and the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as the auditors of the Corporation to hold office until the close of the next Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Corporation, were also approved.
