Absolute Reports Voting Results of Election of Directors

Absolute (TSX: ABT) (the “Company”), the endpoint visibility and control company, today announced that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on December 13, 2018, each of the six nominees listed below, and described further in the Company’s management information circular dated November 13, 2018, were elected as directors. Each of these directors is expected to hold office until the end of the Company’s next annual meeting of shareholders.

The detailed results of the voting for each nominee are as follows:

Shareholders also voted in favour of (i) the appointment of the Company’s auditors, (ii) certain amendments to the Company’s Share Option Plan and the unallocated entitlements thereunder, and (iii) certain amendments to the Company’s Performance and Restricted Share Unit Plan and the unallocated entitlements thereunder.
