VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- 

Absolute (TSX: ABT) (the “Company”), the endpoint visibility and control company, today announced that at its annual general meeting of shareholders held on December 13, 2018, each of the six nominees listed below, and described further in the Company’s management information circular dated November 13, 2018, were elected as directors. Each of these directors is expected to hold office until the end of the Company’s next annual meeting of shareholders.
