Absolute (TSX: ABT), the leader in endpoint resilience, today announced Dianne Lapierre has joined Absolute as Chief Information Officer. Ms. Lapierre will report directly to Absolute CEO, Christy Wyatt, and will be based in Vancouver, B.C.

Ms. Lapierre will be responsible for driving IT solutions and services that enhance and support Absolute’s overall business strategy, and translating business objectives into innovative technology advancements. As part of her role, Ms. Lapierre will also work strategically across the company to transform the Absolute employee experience that accelerates workforce productivity and agility through technology and techniques, aligned to today’s digital workplace, and ultimately improves employee engagement.

With more than 20 years of experience and leadership within the information technology and security sector, Ms. Lapierre most recently served as Chief Information Officer for Raymond James Ltd., a leading investment bank and financial services firm. In her role there, Ms. Lapierre led a team of 130 IT professionals, providing all aspects of information technology services, including rolling out new infrastructure, technology, and application deployments, as well as new service delivery models across the organization.
