AbraPlata Completes Management Streamlining

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Feb. 09, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- AbraPlata Resource Corp. (TSX-V:ABRA) (OTC:ABBRF) (Frankfurt:1AH) ("AbraPlata" or the "Company") announces that, further to the Company's news release dated January 29, 2018 regarding the streamlining of the Company's management structure, the Company has now fulfilled its obligations to two former employees in the aggregate amount  of CDN $97,500 by issuing 414,893 common shares at a deemed price of $0.235.  These common shares are subject to a four month hold period from date of issuance under Canadian securities laws and the rules and policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.
