01 Communique Retains Renmark Financial Communications Inc. for Investor Relations

(the "Company") (TSXV:ONE)(OTCQB:OONEF) one of the first-to-market, enterprise level cybersecurity providers for the quantum computing era, is pleased to announce that it has retained the services of Renmark Financial Communications Inc. ("Renmark") to handle its investor relations activities.

In consideration of the services to be provided, the monthly fees incurred by the Company will be a cash consideration of up to $8,000 CAD, starting February 8th, 2021 ending on June 30th, 2021 and monthly thereafter.
