Business Overview
Victory Resources Corporation (Victory) is an exploration-stage company. The Company is engaged in the exploration of its mineral properties, located in British Columbia, Canada and its Reforma Property located in Sinaloa, Mexico. As of February 29, 2012, the Company owned a 100% interest in 59 mineral tenures totaling 22,141 hectare, known as the Toni Property. The Toni property is located 30 kilometers southeast of Merritt and eight kilometers east of the Aspen Grove mining camp in south-central British Columbia, Canada. The Reforma property is a 6,987 hectare land package, located within the eastern portion of Sinaloa State, Mexico, in the Choix Mining District. Victory's wholly owned subsidiaries include Victory Resources Corporation U.S.A and VicRes Mining Mexico S.A. de C.V. In July 2012, Victory completed the acquisition of the El Boleo property from Minera Copper Canyon S.A. de C.V., which s consisted of a total of 13,234.65 hectares.
