Business Overview
Noble Mineral Exploration Inc., formerly Ring of Fire Resources Inc., is a development-stage company. The principal business of the Company is the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral properties. McFauld's Lake-MacDonald JV Property consist of six contiguous claim units (for 92 claim units) located in the McFauld's Lake Area of the Thunder Bay Mining Division, near the western edge of the James Bay Lowlands, Ontario, and is approximately 3,680 acres in size. The Company holds in excess of 72,000 hectares of property in the Timmins Area of Northern Ontario, upon which it focuses to develop and implement an exploration program (Nickel/Gold). The Company also holds a portfolio of additional diversified exploration projects at various stages of exploration and drilling for gold in the Wawa area of Northern Ontario and Uranium in Northern Saskatchewan. In October 2011, it purchased Project 81 (the Iroquois Falls and Smooth Rock Falls land package) from AbiBow Canada Inc.
