Business Overview
James Bay Resources Limited (James Bay) is a junior resource company focused on the acquisition and exploration of base and precious metal mineral properties, with activities centered in Canada. The Company has exclusive rights in the mining claims known as the James Bay Lowlands property (the Property), located approximately 60 kilometers southeast of the First Nations community of Webequie, and approximately 600 kilometers northwest of Timmins, Ontario, Canada. The Property consists of 104 unpatented claims covering a total of approximately 1,319 claim units or approximately 21,620 hectares of mineral exploration rights. The Property consists of the McFauld's Lake area. Subsequent to December 31, 2011, a new agreement was signed with D&H Solutions AS (D&H). The new agreement calls for the transfer of all Nigerian agreements and the corporations that hold these agreements into a wholly owned Nigerian subsidiary, James Bay Energy Nigeria Limited (JBENL), of the Company.
