Business Overview
Caza Gold Corp. is a mineral exploration company. The principal business of the Company is the evaluation, acquisition, exploration and development of gold properties. It focused on gold projects in Mexico. The Company and Minera Caza S.A. de C.V. acquired a 100% interest in the Moris property (the Moris Property) and the Santiago Fraction Property from Exmin Resources Inc. The Moris Property comprises 46,679.8277 hectares in the municipality of Moris in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. The Santiago Property comprises 791 hectares in the municipality of Batopilas in the state of Chihuahua, Mexico. The Company has an option to acquire up to a 100% interest in the Santiago Property. The Santiago Property is located four kilometers east of the town of Batopilas, in the State of Chihuahua, Mexico. On November 17, 2009, the Company amended option to purchase agreement to acquire 100% interest in El Relampago property and Oaxaca Property.
